We are pleased to present the 50th annual Strawberries ‘N Arts Festival, hosted by First Parish Church United of Westford. The festival will be held on the Westford Town Common on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 10:00AM to 3:00PM.
It is our policy to request that all crafts be handmade by the exhibitor. The reselling of imports and/or retail products are prohibited. We reserve the right to limit the number of crafters in a specific category.
We provide priority to last year’s exhibitors by holding their previous booth assignment, provided we receive a completed application by March 15, 2026. Please let us know as soon as possible if you do not plan to return, so that we may offer your booth space to another exhibitor.
New exhibitors applying for vacant booths are asked to return a completed application by April 12, 2026. New exhibitors should not pay the exhibitor fee until their application is accepted. We expect to notify all applicants of acceptance by the end of April. Payment of the exhibitor fee will be required within 7 days of acceptance.
All exhibitors: Please use the button to the right to complete your exhibitor application. As part of your application, you will be asked for your contact information, a description of your craft, and photos of your craft. You will also be invited to participate in our Festival Raffle by donating an item from your booth. In exchange, we will advertise your booth number on the item.
Accepted vendors, in the weeks leading up to the festival, will receive a booth map and specific instructions regarding arrival, unloading, and departure. Returning vendors will note that the map, some policies, and other details may have been changed from previous years.

Returning vendors: Please pay your fee at the time of application
New Applicants: please do not pay the fee until you have received your acceptance email. The application fee of $85 is due within 7 days of application acceptance.
