We are pleased to present the 48th annual Strawberries ‘N Arts Festival, hosted by The First Parish Church United of Westford. The Festival will be held on the Westford Town Common Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. It is our policy to request that all crafts be handmade by the exhibitor. The reselling of imports and/or retail products is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit the number of crafters in a specific category.
We provide priority to last year’s exhibitors by holding their previous booth assignment, with the proviso that we receive a completed application by March 15, 2024. New exhibitors applying for vacant booths are asked to return a completed application as soon as possible. New exhibitors should not send a check until their application is accepted. We expect to notify all new applicants of acceptance by the end of April. Payment of the festival fee will be required within 7 days of acceptance. Once the application has been accepted and confirmed, each vendor will receive a booth map and specific instructions regarding arrival, unloading and departure. Returning vendors will note that the map, some policies and other details have been changed from previous years.
You are invited to participate in our Festival Raffle by donating an item from your booth. In exchange, we will advertise your booth number on the item. Raffle proceeds go to our Outreach program. Exhibition Fee
The application fee of $85 is due with the application for returning exhibitors, and within 7 days of application acceptance for other exhibitors. New applicants— please do not pay the fee until you have received your acceptance email!
